You cannot physically turn invisible. Working invisibility spells merely ground your energy and make people overlook you. It's an illusion, not actual invisibility

Ground you energy while chanting.

How will you know when you are invisible?

People will walk past you. You might also startle people and they will say they did not realize you were there. If you use this while playing hide and seek, people might look directly at you and not notice. There have been times I would be hidden in a pile of stuffed animals or behind a tree and the seeker would look right at me and keep walking.

Invisibility spells don't make you turn physically invisible. They work by grounding your energy so people don't notice you. You stop grounding your energy and it would end the spell. [Also, you should be relaxed when you do this. If you're casting an invisibility and plan on making noise or pulling pranks on people, they'll catch you. These work when you're in tense situations or playing a game and want to go unnoticed]
